Safer Spaces

Encompass network / Current Projects / Safer Spaces

Safer Spaces is an innovative project within the LGBTQ+ community and, to our knowledge, a first of in the UK – and you can become a part of it!

Wherever you see the ‘Safer Spaces’ logo in Cambridge and surrounding areas, you can be certain you are in a place where you are safe, welcome and supported. For this purpose, Encompass Network supplies public and private sector organisations with information and training so that people of all genders and sexualities can feel relaxed and protected. Organisations and businesses that sign up to implementing policies for this purpose can display our campaign logo to promote their services and commitment to diversity and equality – a pledge that applies to visitors, customers and staff.
