For the dough:
– 250 g all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
– 1 tsp dried active yeast
– 3/4 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp sugar
– 130 ml lukewarm water
For the filling:
– 2 tbsp spring onions, finely chopped
– 1/4 tsp Chinese five-spice powder, or ground Sichuan pepper
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp cooking oil
