As part of the Festival of Ideas, Black History Month and National Hate Crime Awareness Week a lecture has been arranged to explore the causes and impact of hate crime and how we can stop the hate and make Cambridge (and beyond) a fairer, kinder city to live in.
Guest speakers include Rose Simkins (CEO, Stop Hate UK), Chris Long (Chief Crown Prosecutor for the East of England Area and Sgt Phil Priestly (Cambridgeshire Police).
